From 1999 to 2012, Michel was the Chairman of the Management Board at Edmond de Rothschild Groupe. Previously, Michel was the CEO of Cerus (Benedetti Group), the CEO of Galbani (Danone Group, Italy) and a senior manager for Paribas Group, where he created and managed Cortal Bank. Previously Meg was a consultant providing financial and support services to high net worth individuals and family offices. Prior to her consulting business, Meg worked for two securities firms in restricted stock sales, private placements, and swaps execution and marketing. Meg holds a BA from SUNY Albany and an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University.

Mel Immergut is Executive Advisor to Marker where he focuses on business development and advisory consulting. Prior to Marker, Mel served as the Chairman of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP for 18 years from 1995 – 2013 and was a partner in that law firm’s Corporate Department from 1980. He serves as Vice Chair of the Legal Aid Society and on the Columbia Law School Dean's Council and the Columbia Law School Board of Visitors. Rick’s first investment was leading the Series A round of AirAsia, a company that went on to achieve extraordinary success by making flying possible for everyone in Asia. Prior to Crescent Point, he was employed in the investment banking departments of Morgan Stanley, First Boston and Credit Suisse in New York, Singapore and Beijing. Prior to founding P-Cube, Yuval also co-founded Pentacom, Ltd. and lead the creation of InfoGear Technology Corporation, which were both acquired by Cisco. Previously Yuval headed engineering at VocalTec developing the first voice and video over IP applications and solutions, going public on NASDAQ (1996). He started his career at Motorola and National Semiconductor in a variety of technology, software development and management roles.
